Refund policy

Macklein's goal is to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item using one of the 3 options below.
The following conditions must be met for a return:
- Returns must be made within 14 business days from the date of delivery.
- Returned items must be unused and complete.
- Customers will not be refunded for the initial shipping cost.

REFUND

If you do not want to receive a gift card to redeem on our website.
We can refund your order in the original payment method.
Please allow a couple of days to see the amount back in your account.

GIFT CARD

We will send you a gift card by email for the value of your refund.
Please note that it does not expire and you can use it to purchase any product on our website for the same value.
